GDPR and cookies
Cookies and GDPR on the STOPTO ARCHITECTS website

On this page you can find out what cookies we process on the Idealab, s.r.o. website in general, for what purpose and how you can influence what cookies we place on your devices.

What are cookies
We refer to cookies as small data files that are necessary in some cases for certain website functions, such as logging in. Cookies also allow our website to remember various settings you have chosen to view or use the site. This is why we place cookies on your computer. It is a standard method by which all websites around the world store information important to their operation.

What we use cookies for on this website
Cookies can be categorised according to how long they are valid for and who places them on your computer and for what purpose. There are two categories of cookies based on their length of validity:
Short-term (sessioncookies) remain on your computer until you close your browser, after which they are automatically deleted.
Long-term (persistentcookies) remain stored on your computer for a long time (depending on your browser settings and the setting of the specific cookie) or until you manually delete them. Instructions on how to do this can be found for each browser later on this page.
Depending on who creates and processes the cookies (i.e. stores them on your devices and then uses the information stored in them), we can divide them into two categories:
First party cookies – created directly by a website or scripts on the same domain. They are most often used to ensure the basic functionality of a given website. Without them, most websites would not be able to provide you with their basic functions and various user settings.
Third party cookies – these are most often cookies from advertising systems, social networking widgets, various analytics tools or embedded videos.
What cookies we use on this website
Technical (first-party, short-lived) cookies, which are necessary to ensure the basic functionality of the website.
We use Google Analytics (third party, long term) to help us better tailor the site to you. We only use analytics functions in Google Analytics that do not collect data necessary for profiling website users (age, gender, interests, IP address, etc.).
Cookies from Google advertising systems (Adwords, DoubleClick), Facebook and Youtube (third-party, long-term). These cookies are used for marketing profiling. Thanks to them, we are able to stay in touch with you, for example through personalised advertising on social networks.
Technical cookies of the CookieBot bar (third-party, long-term), thanks to which our website remembers your choices regarding which (non-technical) cookies you allow us to handle.
We never use cookies to identify you personally in any way, and we never place sensitive or personal data in them.

How you can adjust the use of cookies on your device
You can delete any cookies already stored on your computer at any time. Most browsers also offer the option to block the placement of cookies on your devices. However, in this case you will not be able to use all the online services that websites or e-shops normally offer.
